THE SOLUTION
British Airways launched a Terminal 5 ad campaign, in a bid to reassure the public that Terminal 5 is now running well. The campaign uses passenger photograph's and statistics gathered at T5 the previous day, and changes daily to keep content fresh and relevant and to demonstrate in a factual way that "Terminal 5 is working."
Working with BBH, Grand Visual developed daily executions which ran on CBS Outdoor's Digital Escalator Panels and LCDs. Each day the campaign featured statistics on baggage arrival times, flight punctuality and the time it takes incoming passengers to reach arrivals. All content is updated daily providing real-time, real-life passenger data.
This work forms part of the airlines £6m campaign and supports a wider outdoor push as well as London press, radio an online activity.
