Vodafone Launch T5 DOOH Campaign

Vodafone is launching a digital outdoor initiative to extend their campaign for mobile internet access. The campaign breaks today (27th March) on JCDecaux Airport’s newly launched Heathrow Express network including Terminal 5.


Working with BBH, Grand Visual created two separate executions for the campaign by animating existing poster creative. The campaign consists of two 10 second spots which encourage busy people to make time for themselves. The first spot shows a tent pitched in lush forests with a camper snoring inside. On closer inspection you realise that the camper is actually asleep under his laptop.
The second execution shows someone receiving a massage with the strapline ‘Relax with your laptop abroad,’ followed by a branding page and the message ‘Make the most of now.’ Again the recipient is covered by nothing but an open laptop in a comical play on how these professional travellers are never far from their laptops. The campaign runs for two weeks across 63 screens located in the main walkways to and from platforms and terminals.
